How long will my item take to deliver?
Items shipped directly from the manufacture take anywhere from 15 to 27 days, but not usually longer than 30 days.
What If I don't receive my item?
If after 30 days you don't receive your item, simply email us and we will do the tracking of your item. If after searching and the item cannot be located, you will have two choices,
1) A full refund of your purchase price
2) Have the manufacture send you another item
Either way, we want 100 percent feedback and you can expect 100 percent customer service from AsianGlo!
What if my item gets delivered damaged?
It your item gets delivered damaged, we will immediately contact the manufacture. The manufacture will usually have you send the item back at your cost, and the manufacture will send you another brand new item.
